This course is offered for school faculty and is designed to help satisfy training requirements as set forth in recent “Bullying” legislation.

  • The attendee will be exposed to the psychological factors surrounding the issues of bullying from the various roles within the bullying dynamic: the victim, the aggressor, and the bystander.
  • Faculty will learn techniques for identifying bullying behavior and distinguishing it from “normal social conflict,” or teasing.
  • Suggestions for response will be presented and options for educating students will also be discussed.
